You can write to us in English or Hebrew.

To help us answer faster, please include:

The email address of your Collaro account
Whether you're a dog owner or a service provider
A short description of the issue (and a screenshot, if you have one)

From inside the app

Open the side menu and tap Contact us to send us a message from your account.

Deleting your account or data

You can delete your account from inside the app: open the side menu → Settings → scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address registered to your account and we'll handle it for you.
